Trinity staff also explored longer-term accommodation options at Desert Springs Melon Farm to support extended engagements and continued work on establishing consistent mentoring relationships with local teachers. These steps show a steady move toward a sustainable model built on clear plans, shared priorities and regular time in the community.

Wadja Wadja High School and Carinity Education Rockhampton have continued to strengthen their role as a central hub for the Woorabinda community. They hosted a series of open days to provide opportunities for families, Elders, and local organisations to engage directly with student learning outcomes. These events not only celebrated student achievement but also encouraged active community involvement, highlighting the importance of attendance and consistent participation in school life.

Tennant Creek Primary and Roseville College mapped out a staged approach to health assessments, leadership opportunities and future visits. This included a pilot round of seven health assessments, with a plan to expand the program across 2026. Carey Grammar and St Francis Xavier worked on growing the capability of Assistant Teachers. This term, Carey staff worked with the CALT team on unit planning, mentoring and developing culturally responsive teaching resources, while also progressing a multi-year plan for an Assistant Teacher Growth Program. The partnership prioritised building ties with Charles Darwin University and Batchelor Institute to support micro-credentialing and future training pathways for local staff.
